translated into another language, hosted, or otherwise distributed
by any means. The protection of this Copyright is very, very strictly
enforced.
RPM Direct, Inc. rretains the right to restrict, suspend or terminate
your access to all or any part of our services at our discretion
at any time and for any reason without giving you any prior notice.
Breach of our copyright may result in legal action against you.
Database Ownership, License, and Use
RPM Direct, Inc. warrants, and you accept, that RPM Direct, Inc.
is the owner of the copyright of the databases and other resources
available from rpmdirect.com and our print directories. RPM Direct,
Inc. and its contributors reserve all rights and no intellectual
property rights are conferred by this agreement. RPM Direct, Inc.
grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use database
and print directories accessible to you subject to these Terms and
Conditions. The database and print directories may be used only
for viewing information or for extracting information to the extent
described below. You agree to use information obtained from RPM
Direct, Inc. database and print directories only for your own private
use or the internal purposes of your business, provided that is
not the selling of related information, and in no event cause or
permit to be published, copied, printed, downloaded, transmitted,
distributed, reengineered, or reproduced in any form any part of
the RPM Direct, Inc. databases and print directories (whether directly

an occasional limited basis print out individual pages of information
which have been individually selected, to meet a specific, identifiable

directory or hard copy publication of or from the databases, whether
for internal or external distribution or use.
No Mailing Lists, No Spam
The mailing address and email information provided by our website
and print directories shall not be used to create postal or email
mailing lists for third party solicitations, advertisements, marketing
or promotions of any kind. Security precautions have been taken
to identify "poachers" - legal action and or immediate
termination of subscription will result if identified.

What information are you collecting and how are you collecting
it?
Every computer connected to the Internet is given a domain name
and a set of numbers, that serve as that computer's "Internet Protocol"
IP address. When a visitor requests a page from any Web site within
RPM Direct, our Web servers automatically recognize that visitor's
domain name and IP address. The domain name and IP address reveal

What information do you collect when I purchase something?
If you are purchasing something from RPM Direct, we and any third
party provider, need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing
address, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us,
or third party providers, to process and fulfill your order and
to notify you of your order status. This information may also be

card and e-mail information will not be shared or sold to third

Direct also contains advertisements of third parties. RPM Direct
